"The murder of the journalist crew of the Palestinian TV station Al Quds Al Yawm (Al Quds Today TV), who were directly and deliberately targeted while fulfilling their professional duty, is a heinous crime, one of the long list of barbaric crimes committed by the Zionist entity against journalists," the National Union of Algerian Journalists and Media People said in a statement.

Targeting journalists and news correspondents by the Zionist entity is undeniable proof of the occupying entity's deep-seated anger toward the work of the free press, as journalists have been exposing its criminal plans to world public opinion, the statement noted.
