ALGIERS- The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held discussions Wednesday, in Addis Ababa, with a number of his African counterparts, on the sidelines of the AU Executive Council meeting, the ministry said in a statement.
