ALGIERS- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, affirmed Friday at the headquarters of the African Union (AU), in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), that the creation of the African Rating Agency represents a new milestone for the development of the African economy and will have a positive impact for all African countries.
