NEW YORK (United Nations) — The A3+ group at the United Nations Security Council (Algeria, Somalia, Sierra Leone and Guyana) underscored on Wednesday the urgency of achieving an “immediate and unconditional” ceasefire in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), noting that there is “no military solution” to this conflict.
