NEW YORK (United Nations) — The Security Council A3+ Group (Algeria, Somalia, Sierra Leone, and Guyana) advocated on Monday in New York for humanitarian access to populations in need in Afghanistan, where the security situation, undermined by the presence of terrorist groups, "remains a concern."
