ADRAR- The Government has adopted a number of measures over the last few years to help connect farms, particularly in the South, to the electricity grid and provide water for irrigation, in order to develop strategic crops and ensure food security, it said on Monday in Adrar, at a national meeting on agricultural investment in southern provinces.
