TINDOUF (Algeria)- The minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad, said Tuesday in Tindouf (around 2000-km southwest of Algiers) that President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune's complementary programme for the province was a "significant gain" that would contribute to addressing the concerns of the local population.
