TEBESSA- The year 2023 has witnessed the relaunch of work on the project to double, renovate, modernise and electrify Bled El Hadba (Tébessa) phosphate mining railway line, which runs for 388 km through four provinces in the east of the country: Tébessa, Souk Ahras, Skikda and Annaba.
