In an address made at the opening of the 50th meeting of the PUIC Executive Committee, held at Marriott Hotel, in the presence of PUIC’s Secretary General, Mohamed Khouraichi Niass, and of the permanent Committee on Economic and Environmental Affairs, Boughali stressed the necessity, for all the member countries, to “become fully aware of the joint Islamic and global issues.”
The challenges confronting today the Muslim nation are "significant and complex, obliging us as representatives of peoples to cooperate and coordinate, as never before, our efforts in order to develop clear perception of our potential, capabilities and future objectives, said Boughali, calling “to develop joint strategies that secure the Muslim world's rightful place in the emerging global order, of which the Muslim national remain a target.”
Pointing out that the 50th meeting of PUIC Executive Committee “focuses on following up the implementation of the resolutions and recommendations of the 17th PUIC Conference, held in Algiers in January 2023,” the speaker of the People’s National Assembly called for “further efforts in order to give concrete expression to the resolutions which culminated it and to make sure to implement them.”
In this respect, Boughali pointed out that the creation of a startup incubator for Muslim youth, which would work to protect and promote innovative projects and youth-related activities, was "one of the most important decisions of the 17th conference", stressing in this regard the importance of "ensuring the implementation of this important decision which can lead to other initiatives for the benefit of Muslim youth eager to create successful economic projects".
