ALGIERS-The Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructures, Lakhdar Rekhroukh chaired the signing ceremony for the contract to extend the port of Annaba and build an ore wharf as part of the integrated phosphate project, according to a ministry press release issued on Friday.
