ALGIERS- The President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune emphasized, during the meeting of the Council of minister that he chaired on Sunday, the necessity of attaching great importance to the completion of the development programs in the provinces of Khenchela, Tissemsilt, Djelfa and Tindouf, by adopting a strategy based on regional balance in order to address the deficiencies previously recorded in some regions compared to others.
