CONSTANTINE- Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Ali Aoun, chaired, on Tuesday evening in the province of Constantine, the inauguration of an automotive parts manufacturing plant and a battery production unit, built in the municipality of Ibn Badis as part of private investment.
