President Tebboune listened carefully to the concerns of Khenchela's notables and representatives of civil society, as well as their proposals for supporting the State's efforts to boost development in this province, as part of the building of the new Algeria

At the start of the meeting, the President of the Republic said he was proud and honored to visit the province of Khenchela, which, he said, “has not benefited from its fair share of development programs in the past.”

“I had to show a particular interest in development in this province, in recognition of the sacrifices of its shouhada (martyrs) and mujahideen (veterans), and to pay tribute to the memory of the symbolic Shahid, Abbas Laghrour,” stressed the President of the Republic.[ecr]
