In a speech he delivered to the press on the sidelines of his visit, the Vietnamese Ambassador touched upon the strong and distinguished relations between Algeria and Vietnam, affirming that the two countries “are heading towards a promising future in the field of investment and cooperation.”

In this respect, he added that the presence of the economic counsellor of the Vietnamese embassy in Algeria and of a number of his country’s businessmen “is a testament to the strong will to leverage cooperation and investment opportunities.”

He also insisted on boosting exchanges between the businessmen of the two countries, exploiting partnership opportunities by intensifying the participation of delegations from both countries in trade exhibitions held in Algeria and Vietnam, and exchanging information on opportunities available in both countries.[/ecr]
