ANNABA (Algeria)- The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, arrived Wednesday in the Rabah-Bitat international airport of Annaba to inaugurate the seawater desalination plant of Koudiet Eddraouche, in Berrihane, province of El Tarf.
