The donation made by the Japanese government, valued at 45.264 Euros, is made up of malaxage and date cutting machines, enucleation instruments and other equipment.

The donation is aimed to allow the association to strengthen the professional skills of its members and trainees, according to speakers at the project's inauguration ceremony, chaired by the ambassador of Japan to Algeria.

Ambassador Kono Akira told APS that "the project is the result of cooperation between our two governments in support of the development and integration of those disabled people in the social life."
