ALGIERS- The president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, ordered Tuesday to create a Solidarity Fund, under the national solidarity sector, to exclusively deal with school support, stressing that the education allowance must be paid at least one month before the back to school day, from next year, according to the Council of Ministers meeting's statement.
