EL OUED – The President of the Supreme Youth Council (CSJ),Mustapha Hidaoui, stressed  on Monday in  El Oued that ‘the Supreme Youth Council is working on the establishment of an Integrated National System  likely to deal with the  youths’ concerns .

In his closing speech of the meeting “ Forum of Oued- Souf ‘s Youths,”Hidaoui stressed that “CSJ intends to establish an Integrated National System focusing on  supporting youth, dealing with their concerns and aspirations that enable them  to  give concrete expression to their hopes  in different fields.”

The  enshrinement of  the principle of working with the  mechanisms of this national system requires  the combination of the administrative and  public efforts as well as the players of the  civil society in order to make it an effective means at the service of the society,” the official pointed out, adding that ‘ this can be achieved only through participatory democracy, dialogue and consultation within institutions relating to youths’ concerns and expectations .
