The campaign was launched by the High Council for Youth (CSJ) in coordination with the National Observatory for Civil Society (ONSC), as part of efforts to encourage youth participation in political life alongside the exceptional revision of electoral rolls leading up to the upcoming presidential vote.

In a statement to the press, on the sidelines of overseeing the official launch of this campaign at the "Grande Poste" metro station, the Council President, Mustapha Hidaoui, affirmed that this campaign aimed to "encourage young people to register on the electoral lists", which will subsequently lead to contributing to the "preservation of the gains made within the framework of the new Algeria and the continued building of the country."

For his part, the President of ONSC, Noureddine Benbrahem, stressed that the launch of this campaign was done through a "local" approach based on "addressing citizens' concerns", indicating that the Observatory will work in coordination with civil society associations on "promoting electoral culture and raising citizen awareness, in preparation for the Presidential election, an important milestone for Algeria and Algerians."
