Communication on implementing national road safety strategy

ALGIERS — The Government heard on Wednesday during its meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui, a communication related to the implementation of the national road safety strategy, with the need to bolster road accident prevention mechanisms, the Prime Minister’s office said in a statement.

“The Government heard a communication related to the implementation of the national road safety strategy, with the need to bolster the mechanisms for preventing road accidents, put in place by the public authorities and to introduce new means and tools that meet road safety requirements, so as to contribute to the reduction of road accidents and preserve the safety and security of citizens,” the same source said.
