Hidaoui delivered a speech at the Mila youth forum, held at the Mbarek-Bensalah public reading library under the slogan “Efficiency in Development and Keeping Promises.”

Hidaoui said that the CSJ “is fully aware that we must seize this historical moment to maintain our current stability, under a governance that has enabled citizens to participate in public political life.”

On this occasion, he applauded the reforms and initiatives implemented since 2019 in line with a vision and dynamic that have offered youth the right environment to participate effectively in various areas of national building.

Hidaoui further underscored the strong sense of patriotism among Algerian youth, who look up to the young architects of the Glorious Liberation Revolution as role models.
