Colonel Bourelaf, accompanied by a delegation of central executives from the General Directorate of Civil Protection, is paying an official visit to the Czech Republic, where they were welcomed by the Director General of the Czech Fire Fighting and Rescue Service, Lieutenant General Vladimir Vlcek, said the press release, adding that both parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise in the field of disaster management.

During this four-day visit, the Civil Protection delegation will visit the various administrative and operational structures of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, according to the same source.

On this occasion, the Algerian delegation will make a presentation on the organizational structure and missions of the General Directorate of Civil Protection. [/ecr]
