Following its adoption, Mouloudji underscored that this bill is “a new asset” added to “the social gains supported and enshrined by the President of the Republic through his ambitious program aimed at ensuring a dignified life for citizens, including vulnerable categories and particularly people with special needs.”
This bill is based on “the principle of social, professional and economic activity integration” of people with special needs and aims to “improve their care and protection” and to “guarantee their access to various services, particularly social ones,” emphasized Mouloudji.
For his part, the president of the Commission for Health, Social Affairs, Labour and Professional Training, Saïd Hamsi, welcomed the important measures, provisions and other mechanisms provided for in this bill which aim to guarantee this category a dignified life by contributing to strengthening their protection and promotion.
