During the meeting, Hidaoui underscored the “necessity of meeting project deliverables to bolster the Algerian state’s efforts aimed at promoting and backing youth, particularly in training and employment, encouraging entrepreneurship, and their integration into international and regional initiatives aimed at consolidating the role of Algerian youth in sustainable development,” the same source said.

The cooperation project for the period 2024-2026 includes mechanisms designed to provide technical and methodological support to promote youth empowerment in Algeria.

The project aims to “back young executives' capabilities and marshal resources enabling youth to contribute to the development of their environment, increase employment opportunities and reinforce mechanisms for solidarity and volunteerism,” the statement said.
