During this meeting held Sunday in the presence of the Mauritanian ambassador to Algiers and Mauritanian officials, emphasis was placed on “ways to strengthen scientific partnerships between Mauritanian academic institutions and Djamaa El-Djazair’s scientific institutions to contribute to promoting relations between the two brotherly countries,” highlighted the same source.
In this regard, Sheikh Mohamed Maamoun Al-Kacimi Al-Hoceini announced that “Djamaa El-Djazair is preparing, through the National Higher School of Islamic Sciences “Dar El-Coran” to welcome numerous international students from countries neighbouring Algeria, particularly from the Sahel region, in implementation of the vision of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
Sheikh Mohamed Maamoun Al-Kacimi Al-Hoceini also provided to his guest a presentation on the role of Djamaa El-Djazair, emphasizing the expected contributions of its institutions.
At the end of the meeting, “the rector offered the Mauritanian minister the first issues of the Journals “El-Mohammadia” from Dar-El-Coran publications, and “El-Djamaa”, published by the Information Directorate,” concluded the press release.
