ALGIERS- Algeria reciter, Mohamed Yacine Tebbakh, ranked 1st place in the category of small reciters of the Holy Quran, at the Tanzania International Holy Quran Award, said on Sunday the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs in a statement.
