ALGIERS- Minister of Youth in charge of the Higher Council (CSJ), Mustapha Hidaoui, received on Tuesday in Algiers Head of the United Nations Population Fund in Algeria (UNFPA), Fiza Bendriss, said the Council in a Communiqué.
