In this regard, Mouloudji will present “Algeria's experience in promoting and protecting women, as well as the State's efforts to strengthen their socioeconomic empowerment and enhance their position and participation in all fields, particularly through decisions taken under the enlightened leadership of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune,” said the source.
“The minister will also participate in several activities organized on the sidelines of this session, through interventions on behalf of Algeria during parallel events and holding bilateral meetings with ministers from friendly and brotherly countries," according to the statement.
Mouloudji “will highlight Algeria's experience in women's empowerment during the ministerial roundtable on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls, as well as during the meeting organized by the Arab League on the suffering endured by Palestinian women and the deterioration of their conditions due to the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip,” added the source.
The minister will also showcase Algeria's experience during her participation in a parallel event organized by the Arab League, in partnership with the Saudi Council for Family Affairs, on the theme “Valuing the care economy: assessment of paid and unpaid work,” as well as another parallel event organized by the Arab League, in partnership with the Omani Ministry of Social Development, entitled 'Arab women towards creativity and innovation: the era of industrial revolution,” according to the statement.
On the sidelines of the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, Mouloudji “will hold bilateral talks with several of her counterparts from brotherly and friendly countries to strengthen cooperation in areas of common interest,” the statement concluded.
