ALGIERS-The 14^th International Comics Festival of Algiers (Fibda), scheduled on 4-8 October, will receive Algerian and foreign cartoonists from a dozen countries including Japan, guest of honor of this edition, the festival curator, Salim Brahimi announced Tuesday in Algiers.
