ALGIERS- The awarding ceremony of the winners of “Cadets of Culture” Prize in its first edition, named after the writer Malek Haddad (1927-1978), was held on Sunday at the International Convention Centre Abdelatif Rahal (CIC, Algiers), on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge, celebrated on April 16^th.
