ALGIERS-The Minister of Culture and Arts, Soraya Mouloudji met Saturday in Algiers her Saharawi counterpart, Moussa Selma Laabid, with whom she discussed ways to boost cooperation between the two countries in the field of culture and the arts, and assess the executive program of the cooperation agreement signed in 2023 to create a Sahrawi professional theater, said a Ministry statement.
