ALGIERS - The Minister of Culture and Arts, Soraya Mouloudji, chaired on Sunday in Algiers the closing ceremony for the 2nd edition of the contest of “The Best Poem in Praise of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)” Award, held by the ministry on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in collaboration with the Public Television Establishment (EPTV).
