ALGIERS- The minister of Culture and Arts, Soraya Mouloudji stressed Wednesday, in an opening address at a round table held in Algiers on "Overall Creative Economy," Algeria's huge efforts "to strengthen ties and cooperation between African states and defend their strategic interests."
