ALGIERS - The feature film "Frantz Fanon" by Algerian director Abdenour Zahzah was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the 14th Luxor African Film Festival, which wrapped up on Tuesday in the city of Luxor (southern Egypt), the organizers announced.
