TIPASA- Minister of the Culture and Arts, Zouhir Ballalou, inaugurated on Monday the National Public Museum, in the province of Cherchell, following an extensive operation of rehabilitation and maintenance of its archeological remains in cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany.
