ALGIERS- The minister of Culture and Arts, Zouhir Ballalou, on Thursday emphasized the state efforts to safeguard the Kasbah of Algiers, through different rehabilitation and restoration operations, adding that the works are progressing apace and most projects will be delivered by late 2025 and in 2026.
