ALGIERS-The Finance and Budget Committee of the People's National Assembly (Lower House) listened to a presentation by Kamel Baddari, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as part of the consideration of the sectoral budgets provided for in the draft finance bill (PLF) for the 2024 financial year, according to a press release from the Lower House.
