ALGIERS- More than 500 scholarships have been awarded for the 2023/2024 vocational year to trainees from 24 Arab and African countries, with a view to strengthening the ties of friendship and fraternity between Algeria and these countries, the Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Yacine Merabi, announced on Thursday.
