ALGIERS- The minister of Post and Telecommunications, Karim Bibi Triki, stressed Wednesday in Geneva, Switzerland, Algeria's efforts for widespread use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to bridge the digital divide and offer high-quality services, the ministry said in a statement.
