Organized at the General Directorate of Pharmaceutical Production, this meeting is part of implementing the instructions of the Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Ali Aoun, and the activities of the National Observatory for monitoring the availability of pharmaceutical products.

The meeting took place in the presence of representatives from several ministries (National Defence, Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Health, Labour, Employment and Social Security), as well as representatives from the National Health Security Agency (ANSS), the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products (ANPP), the Central Hospital Pharmacy (PCH), the Saidal Group, the pharmaceutical and medical organizations and unions, in addition to associations of pharmacists, practitioners and pharmaceutical distributors.

During these meetings, the Director General of Pharmaceutical Production, Bachir Allouache, emphasized the importance of the Observatory's role in organizing and maintaining the availability of pharmaceutical products in the national market, particularly stressing the analysis of causes of possible drug shortages and the proposal of solutions.
