During a meeting with leaders of recognized trade unions in the sector, the minister emphasized that “developing the sector and meeting its strategic goals requires an approach of open dialogue and collaborative engagement, aimed at addressing potential weaknesses while building on existing strengths.”

After emphasizing that “the ministry’s doors are open” to the social partner so as to contribute to sector’s development, he announced “the establishment of a periodic contact program with the unions to ensure continuous coordination on matters of interest to the sector, especially since legal protection of union rights is guaranteed.” [/ecr]
