ALGIERS- The minister of Environment and Life Quality, Nadjiba Djilali, presented Monday at the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament) the bill amending and supplementing the law 01-19 on waste management, control and disposal, to establish a green economy and provide future generations with effective tools to preserve public health and environment.
