President of the Republic Award for Arabic Literature, Language: Opening of applications

ALGIERS- The High Council of the Arabic Language (HCLA) announced that applications are now open for the 1^st edition of the President of the Republic Award for Arabic Literature and Language, organized by the HCLA, starting from this Saturday until October 31, the body said in a press release.
