MANAMA, Nov 5 (KUNA) -- Bahrain's Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan Tawfiqi on Tuesday expressed aspiration to pursue joint action with the State of Kuwait for supporting and empowering the youth.
The minister, who was speaking to KUNA during inauguration of the global network for supporting youth competition, "Al-Amal Network," said that Kuwait's participation in the activity constitutes a new leap forward in the two countries' cooperation. "We are proud of the State of Kuwait's participation as a founding member in Al-Amal Network," she said, lauding Kuwait's noticeable actions for supporting the juniors.
Minister Tawfiqi indicated that the network is a platform for inspiring the youth and shedding light on success stories for this segment of citizens.
Bahrain has launched the network upon an initiative by the King Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa. (end)
