U.S. special envoy Amos Hochstein arrived in Beirut on Monday to meet Lebanon's prime minister and Hezbollah-allied parliament speaker Nabih Berri, as the Israel-Hezbollah war neared the one-month mark.

Before meeting Lebanon's prime minister, Hochstein arrived at the Beirut residence of Berri, who is tasked with negotiating on behalf of Hezbollah amid diplomatic efforts to end the war.
