A Russian strike on a supermarket in the eastern Ukrainian town of Kostiantynivka wounded at least seven people, the local governor said Friday, with fears the casualty toll could rise.
"Russians shelled the town with cannon artillery and hit a supermarket. This is another targeted attack on a crowded place, another act of terror by the Russians," Vadym Filashkin, the Ukrainian governor of the eastern Donetsk region, said on social media.
