HM The Sultan Confers Medals on RCA Officers Muscat, 11 Jan (ONA) ——His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has conferred medals of excellent service and Royal commendation on some officers and non-commissioned officers of the Royal Court Affairs (RCA) on the Sultanate of Oman’s celebrations of His Majesty’s accession day anniversary.
