HM The Sultan Pardons Prisoners Muscat, 29 Mar ONA) —- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases. They included 577 citizens andforeigners, according to an official source at the Royal Oman Police (ROP). The Royal pardon coincides with Eid Al Fitr 1446 AH.
