As well as bringing a showcase event to the Middle East, ONE Championship is offering local fighters the chance to win a place on their roster.
As a part of grassroots efforts to develop martial arts talent in the region, ONE will also host a no-gi submission grappling tournament in the lead-up to ONE 166: Qatar.
“Road to ONE: Doha” will take place on Thursday, February 29 at the Aspire Zone (Doha Sports City). The competition will span five weight divisions, with winners in the advanced category earning US$100,000 contracts to grapple for ONE.
