The Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture has confirmed that it is continuing regular cleaning of stormwater drains and removal of stagnant water across Bahrain, with the collaboration of the Capital Secretariat and the three municipalities of Muharraq, Southern, and Northern governorates. These efforts aim to prepare for the upcoming rainy season, ensuring public health and minimizing the spread of mosquitoes. The ministry emphasized that, through its ongoing work with the Capital Secretariat and municipalities, it is also removing debris and construction waste that accumulates in public spaces.
